As we reflect on the accomplishments of this year (2024), I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our stakeholders who in their unique ways have played an invaluable role in advancing the mission of the South African Actuarial Development Programme (SAADP).
To our committed Board of Directors, your guidance has been instrumental in steering us toward impactful outcomes. To our esteemed alumni, your continued engagement in SAADP initiatives inspires the next generation of actuaries. We invite you to continue again in 2025. To our students, your hard work and dedication remind us of the importance of the work we do and the reasons why we get out of bed every single day. To our donors, your generosity fuels the dreams of so many aspiring actuaries and we invite you to continue fuelling more dreams in 2025.
We also thank our affiliate universities in charge of the academic programs, and our collaborators who enable us to mobilize even more resources to expand our reach. To the parents, schools, and educators who support and nurture young talent, your unwavering commitment is the foundation of success.
Collectively, we have made breakthroughs in transforming potential into achievement and as a result, we are fully charged to build on this momentum in the year ahead.
