The South African Actuarial Development Program (SAADP) has played an invaluable role in shaping my life’s trajectory. Beyond the crucial financial support that made it possible for me to pursue my studies in actuarial science at one of the top global institutions i.e. University of Cape Town (UCT) and then later as Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, the program has been instrumental in my personal development journey.
Through SAADP’s various programs the mentorship, guidance, and networking opportunities have honed my skills and broadened my horizons. This down to the dedication, passion and perseverance of the individuals involved. I am profoundly grateful for the transformative impact SAADP has had on my life, both academically and personally.
