Pipeline Development

Through its 3-tier structure, the SAADP Pipeline Development actively drives change across the actuarial journey, beginning with targeted school-level engagements that introduce and demystify the actuarial profession in high-potential learners from (mainly) rural and township schools. It then provides comprehensive university-level academic, psychosocial, and financial support to ensure success in rigorous actuarial studies. Beyond graduation, the SAADP Pipeline Development continues its investment through post-university engagements that focus on professional integration, mentorship, and career advancement.
